About the Doctor

Dr. Sutinderpal (Paul) Judge grew up in Saint Joseph, Michigan and attended Lake Michigan Catholic High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College. He then went to Wayne State University, in Detroit Michigan where he completed his medical school training and residency in internal medicine. He underwent specialty fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Childrens Hospital of Michigan, also in Detroit. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Judge returned to Saint Joseph and began private practice at the Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus Center where he sees both pediatric and adult patients. He is Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology.

Dr. Judge has special interest in the management of chronic disease. All too often, a standard visit to the doctor fails to include education which leads to poor compliance and ultimately poor disease control. He believes education is the key to successful chronic disease management. Currently Dr. Judge is working to produce an asthma education curriculum directed to; 1) increase patient’s insight into their disease, 2) understand the logic behind the treatment approach, and 3) recognize signs of poor control. The goal is to make the patient the best expert of their own disease.

Dr. Judge is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI), the Joint Council of Allergy & Immunology (JCAI), and the American Medical Association (AMA). He is on staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital, and Franciscan Health and and is an active member of the Southwestern Asthma Coalition. He is married and has three children.

The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is the growing medical practice of Dr. Paul Judge MD. Our specialty is allergy, asthma, and immunology. The goal of the doctor and staff is to provide medical care using the latest technology and knowledge in an old-fashioned, service-oriented manner. Each new patient is seen as an opportunity to build a relationship. Both adult and pediatric age patients that seek such care are invited to make an appointment. The office has served the Saint Joseph, Dowagiac, and surrounding community for over 30 years and hopes to do so for 30 more!
